Kinney Chan, Max Cheung, Geo Liu, the thinktank behind the highlighted work Kinney Chan, Max Cheung, Geo Liu's Cafe Bord de Mer Interior Design / Hotel Causal Dining demonstrates, Café bord de Mer reflects an oasis of calm and a dignified lifestyle. Full-length windows are built to maximize the South China Sea view. The restaurant adopted an open idea layout with interactive cooking stations and timber finishes. Ceiling is topped with massive wood blinds, which split up the sun rays. Beyond the eatery is a relaxing lounge bar. Idea of the signature columns is inspired by the “Message in a Bottle”: People put a message/wish in a bottle, and tossed it into the ocean, so that the columns appear to be the shape of rolls of letter papers tiding with a metal string..
